All of my products are handmade to order, current processing time for handmade items is 1 week. Usually, orders process faster than that but I can’t guarantee a faster processing time. If you need your order sooner than that please contact me first to make sure its possible
The item you receive might vary slightly from the product picture due to the nature of your item being 100% handmade to order.
I ship using Royal Mail. All items are shipped using a 1st class signed for service. We happily support and love our international customers, and ship all international orders through a Royal Mail Tracked and Signed service.
Dorky Planner Girls is not responsible for customs fees or import taxes for international customers. These charges come from your country during the importation of your package and will need to be paid by you upon receipt.
We do our best to apply fair shipping costs to each order.
* We charge a low, flat shipping rate calculated by destination country, to be fair to all customers.
* We offer free shipping for orders over £100
Shipping times vary depending on your location. Usually Royal Mail delivers to UK addresses in 1-2 business days once dispatched, but at busier posting times such as Christmas this can take up to 2 weeks.
For international customers, parcels can take a little longer. Royal Mail can deliver to customers in Europe in 5-7 business days, and worldwide in 7-10 business days. However this estimate is just to get to your country. Sometimes parcels can take a while to clear customs, these delays are completely outside of our control. If you’re concerned about your delivery please contact me and I will do my best to track it for you
Returns, refunds and exchanges
If you would like to return your item please contact me first within 14 days of delivery. You then have 30 days to return your item to be at the address below. Items must be returned in their original condition, ready for resale.
Personalised goods are exempt from being returned unless the product arrives defective.
Please include details of your return inside your parcel, such as a copy of your receipt, or a note with your contact details inside to help speed up the returns policy
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
In these circumstances I will contact you by email to discuss this.
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. If you would prefer to receive an exchange instead, please let me know.

Please send your item via tracked post, I’m sorry that refunds are not able to be given for items lost in the mail during the returns process. Return postage is your responsibility unless your product is defective.
